A Quick Test Drive
Today I took the voice out for a quick test drive, I have to say, I was more nervous than I expected to me. There is a lot of ground to cover and I have not ever begun to get my bearings. When I take time to sit and think about it, it is daunting task. I am very glad that I do not sit and think about it often. I count my blessings for being a pantster when it comes to that. If I had to plan, I would probably come away with a minor anxiety attack.
For those of you not familiar with the above term, it is used in role playing and it refers to what type or role player you are. There is the planner, which describes people that like to talk about and plan out a storyline either for themselves or with others, and then act out that story and flesh it out. A pantster on the other hand, is called that because they role play by the seat of their pants. They switch the role on and just… go. Some people are a little bit of both. As an almost 100% pantster, I just go. And that is exhilarating to me. It is where the voice lives.
